All orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. There is a flat rate of $4.95 charged by the Postal Service.

Returns

Of course I would love a world where everyone is always happy and nothing ever goes wrong. Unfortunately, that can't always be the case. Please know that I will do everything within my power to make sure my clients are happy, however, sometimes, the best of intentions go awry and nothing can be done.

Should that ever happen I will cheerfully issue a refund for merchandise returned in its original packaging and its original state.
